As an aside, color me unsurprised Long was one of Vordrak's henchmen back in the day. Quick point, it is very difficult to actually revoke a real estate license, it’s not something that even a super dedicated niggerfaggot like Donny Long can pull off, the last time I saw a license revoked by my state was for severe misconduct (read: millions of dollars in dirty bullshit activities)
Instead what happened is he harassed enough people at her Keller Williams franchise (including the corporate (national) CEO if I remember correctly) that her brokerage let her go. A real estate salesperson or broker license requires a sponsoring brokerage in order to conduct business, basically a head broker is supposed to supervise (and be liable for) your official activities. Even if you have your brokers license you’d be an associate broker at best.
What this meant was that she had to either form her own brokerage or go do something else for work, probably the latter because forming your own brokerage is a fucking black hole of fees, insurance policies upon policies, marketing, basically it’s expensive as fuck
Where I’m going with all of this is that Candace Potter was out at minimum her license fees, her training and CE expenses, her miscellaneous costs to do business (cards, etc), whatever her brokerage didn’t cover as far as insurance (KW generally has a standard overall policy but individual agents usually get a nice umbrella policy too if they’re at all active) and hours and hours and hours of her time, to say nothing of her shattered professional reputation
