The cop's knee was on Floyd's shoulders and the nape of his neck. There is nothing there pressure even 200lbs worth of pressure would do fatally.

Unless you are saying C5 -C7 were compressed in a way to cause cardiac arrest. Which I seriously doubt. I'm not excusing the officer's actions, nor do I excuse the rioting. I just want the facts.
 
Which is why I want the medical report.
Did a freak situation happen? Did the C5-C7 slip and induce cardiac arrest?
Or was it the stress that aggravated a pre-existing condition.

Well i guess he just magically choked to death, and its a pure coincidence that he had a police officer driving his knee into his throat for 8 minutes while both passers-by and the victim himself said he couldn't breathe and that he was going to die

Knee was not on his throat.
The facts I want determine the severity of the charges that should be filed.
Or are you upset that you're not in MN getting a new pair of shoes.

If someone can say, "I can't breathe," they can breathe. When he became limp then things should have changed. But, criminals lie you know. It's why they are being arrested in the first place, they tend to be persons of low morals.

Unlike you I wait for the facts and tend to not make knee jerk responses.

If the charge is Murder, what degree? That's a big difference. The law is very specific on the levels of murder and their corresponding intent and malice. If the cop is in fact charged for murder say in the 1st degree because retards like you are screaming for it, what I saw doesn't merit 1st degree and the cop would skate. And due to double jeopardy you cannot try someone twice for the same crime. Are you getting it now e-boi?
