The US Army has no jurisdiction in civil matters. So unless Chi-NAH declares war, or makes a hostile miltary move, the US military will not be the authorities in this case. I'm pretty sure the FBI will arrest them or force them out. The Chinese don't have a leg to stand on.

I suspect they will kick out some US consulates in retaliation, and get the UN to badmouth Trump.
