'They absolutely demonize us in public but use us behind closed doors,' said one of the women, who advertises herself online as a $1,000-per-hour 'curvy blonde trans girl' and has tens of thousands of followers on X and OnlyFans.
'This is a story that needs to be told.'
Her account was echoed by others in the capital's underground sex scene, who described a world of NDAs, covert messages and hotel suites where prominent Republicans indulge in precisely the same behavior they attack on the campaign trail.
The lawmakers are also understood to use Grindr and other hookup apps, and to pay sex workers in cash or through encrypted transfer apps to avoid detection.
One escort, who calls herself a 'thick body goddess', told the Daily Mail she was aware of 'a lot of juicy dirt' taking place after dark around Capitol Hill.

'Several government officials are doing dirty shit,' said the $600-per-hour escort, who says she has offered her menu of sex and bondage to GOP members of both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The women declined to name names, citing strict confidentiality agreements.

At least one said she was bound by a legally enforceable NDA with a prominent conservative.
'I wish I could share what I know, but I'm under NDA,' she said.
'All I can tell you is that you're definitely on the right track and this is a story that needs to be told.'
The revelations come at a politically charged moment.
Under Donald Trump, the Republican Party pushed a hard-line agenda against transgender rights and in support of the women athletes and others who get pushed to the side.
The administration has banned trans people from serving in the military, outlawed biological males from competing in women's sports, and made it harder to access sex-change treatments, especially for children.
While GOP lawmakers publicly championed those measures, escorts in Washington DC say some of the same politicians were privately paying for the companionship of trans sex workers.
