The final result was 204/300 in favor, meaning at least 12 PPP members defected, assuming all 192 non-PPP assemblymen voted in favor. Apparently there were also some spoiled ballots, so it could've been more PPP members defecting.Hes been impeached
Bro was just lonely
would they be wrong?people will think they got bought off or are trying to side with powerful friends.
That's not true. The Constitutional Court decides the impeachment: not the Supreme Court. Currently, out of 6 justices in the Constitutional Court, just one was nominated by Yoon. None of them are likely to reject impeachment, even the one Yoon nominated. Also, 3 more will be added within a month and all of them will be nominated by the National Assembly, which is dominated by the Democratic Party. The final result was 204/300 in favor, meaning at least 12 PPP members defected, assuming all 192 non-PPP assemblymen voted in favor. One slightly problem now: it's going to the HEAVILY Yoon-sided Supreme Court. Hopefully they see the writing on the wall and don't reject impeachment... because if they do, there's gonna be riots because people will think they got bought off or are trying to side with powerful friends.
So we'll see...
I think he would be the worst drinking buddy possible.@haeByung you should stop by your president's house once in a while, drink some beer and watch some porn with him.
Own that fake korean fraudThat's not true

The chance of impeachment getting rejected is practically zero.
The only factor that matters is how long the impeachment trial will take. If it takes long enough, the current opposition leader Lee Jae-Myeong, who is battling several court cases of his own for various criminal activities, could be barred from running for president if he is found guilty. Otherwise, he is shoo-in for president.
Either way, Korea will continue to be even more of a dumpster than it already is.
