Im not going to get into the whole it's the chicken-corporations before the government-egg argument. But they do have to work jointly in order to make this shitshow a working possibility. There is quite a few moving parts to this fucked up machine and it's a modern wonder, considering how fucked up the leaders of each organization are that this shitshow is actually performing well.
