Halo Machinamas are gas though I can't take that away, the era just didn't last and nobody in the present gives a quarter fuck about Halo now because of Microsoft's retarded retcons and bad gameplay decisions (Halo Reach killed Halo you can't change my mind). Never watched Red vs Blue because I don't care about it.
Halo and its various iterations are the greatest games in gaming history. Period.
Which one of the Halo games is your favorite? There is a correct answer so think it through.
Most of the Halo releases are flat out superb. Picking just one is like a parent admitting they have a favourite child. But if I absolutely gun-to-my-head MUST choose one installment above all the others….it would probably be Halo 3.
But other releases also had amazing features, great storytelling, outstanding gameplay, and unparalleled multiplayer.

ODST is better than 4 and Reach, playing Halo Reach should be considered a torture method with how bad it is.
Reach made up for its unnemorable campaign by its quality multiplayer

2 was very good, but 3 had that je ne sais quoi which put it into the top spot.
Multiplayer is what true Halo aficionados are most interested in. Excellent weapons + great vehicles + outstanding maps = massive fun
One thing I never liked about the COD games were the washed out colour palettes. Halo always had fairly vibrant colours.
