None of this is real. The question is how can I go about finding who this is. I've already contacted IC3.gov.

What I am concerned about is this scam targeting someone who is senile or not altogether there/has a mental issue and they are scammed. Those people don't need that.
This is the second one I've gotten in three months and I've never seen this type of attack/scam before.
I've searched the IP and it's a google server outside central Kansas. I'm sure that IP is spoofed. The email account has been deleted. And there is no transaction history on the BitCoin wallet.

What can I do?

Something tells me this is of Pajeet origin, by the way it is written. What kind of bad guy goes in and tries to empathize with the victim? -- Someone really fucking retarded and has watched too many bad movies. He's playing it off like he's all knowing or some bullshit. Guessing by the slang used I would say late twenties? Early thirties?

I have never gotten so many scam calls/scam emails in my life. I've lived in several states and this kind of bullshit is sometimes hourly now. Only in AZ. Anyone else getting this bullshit? Any suggestions aside deleting the email.

And no I don't have a gay sex dungeon. I have barely any furniture, I'm still finishing the upstairs floor. LOL.

No, the only thing you can do is submit the email text verbatim to any one of the hundreds of report scam website so when people search for the text it pops up and the person has to create new text for their scam.

Nobody's fallen for it yet because they are asking for $2K. Usually, when the price is $200, you will see multiple people paying to the bitcoin address.

A real one of those emails will actually include personally identifiable information and actual things that you downloaded and/or the video that they were talking about. They won't beat around the bush with it. They will attack you with the information.

My guess is he needs specifically 2k. you know what costs 2K? A lawyer for misdemeanor/DUI criminal case.
And he specifically referenced misdemeanor. I'm thinking that's a tell.

Yeah I can't interact with him though. It's a blind shot. So he's depending on me for actually doing something illegal and letting my guilt drive the scam. Which is ultra retarded.

Generally people who commit crime lie about committing crime so it's not going to work on them.
And people who don't commit crime know it's complete bullshit and ignore it.

Like I said I'm worried about old people who may not be all there or the mentally ill, there is a condition were some have this compulsion to confess, even to crimes they didn't commit, couldn't possibly commit. Those people don't need this bullshit. Life is hard enough for them.
