i emulate everything through ps1 now (hdr crt + ntsc shaders with chroma scaling ftw) but i wouldn't touch ps2 emulation for like 5 more years nor ps3 for 10-15. they're still not quite 100% accurate
The only problem I had is with God of War 3 and Ascension which dropped frames in bigger battles and the textures loaded a bit harder, like sometimes it took a few seconds to load a new region but other than that it was fine, but the first God of Wars and the PSP ones I had 0 problems with them

for every reported issue there's probably 10+ unreported/unnoticed ones. i mean how the fuck is one supposed to know whether something is totally accurate or not unless comparing side-by-side or they know the game on original hardware and every single texture/effect like the back of their hand? yours just seem like performance issues tho

100% accuracy is not 100% neccesary. I've played multiple games to completion with xenia/rpcs3, the software has gotten to a point where you don't get glitches or crashes while playing unless you're trying to run it on a 150$ budget laptop from Best Buy.

PS2 emulation is definitely accurate lmao its a console from the early 2000s
