In Blanche's words, "No case is closed." The suit is dead in the water. No judge anywhere can compel a defendant to provide evidence to their guilt.
The accuser has to make a case and prove guilt. While in a civil case the standard is much reduced, it's still retarded to demand a defendant to admit to guilt while the defendant (US gubbermint) maintains it's innocence.

Here are some of the facts you missed:

Did the DOJ follow the law? - That should be the question.

If by following the law, would "active" investigations be compromised? - She would have to prove the investigations wouldn't. However, that's literally impossible.

If by following the law, would people shown to be sending and receiving correspondence would have their reputations besmirched, which could open up the Gubbermint to injury lawsuits. Remember, these people are capable of hiring an army of lawyers. - While I wouldn't feel sorry for any of them being e-tarred and feathered, I pay enough to the gubbermint and don't want to pay extra over some rich pedo's butthurt.

Again this is about "half-time kabuki theater" to fill the space between Iran bombings.
With the jews now fully integrated with US intelligence and militarily, they will not ever let the Epstein files released. it would compromise their security in having the US as their mindless golum. Hence the "(((jewish))) national security" issue.

Plus, having the "republican block" the epstein files is a political win for the progressives, especially so close to the mid-terms. If the progressives can stall and have a "final" answer on the epstein files and time it 30 days from the mid-term elections they'll sweep the "republicans" out of office by the truckload. However, what will replace them? AIPAC progressives, who also have no interest in releasing the epstein files. Remember they had real leverage while Biden was in office, but magically chose to do nothing.
