question that's been on my mind between different individuals and their first sightings / introductions to the concept of hurting another whether it be you wanting to hurt another mentally, physically, or you being subjected to another hurting another. and what did you think of it after, did you regret it or feel anything at all?

well considering the fact that I grew up pretty much getting picked on consistently as a kid, it was either eat or get eaten.
Which meant seeking up actual physical confrontation and beating up a bully to the point where they had a one month recovery process.
that shut everyone up and suddenly everyone left me alone.
I didn't like doing it and i still don't like doing it, not even in sexual aspects do I feel good about slapping someone or hurting someone more than in the light sense.

why do you think you feel that way? it sounds interesting and considering I've surrounded myself with people who are the exact opposite (sadists, weirdos in general.) I dont understand how people could dislike venting their frustrations physically,, I'd just like to know why you feel the way you do.

I just do not care for violence. I rarely get angry, or snap. I leave that to my childhood self. the adult me is above that, and knows that it's funnier to ignore people because that is actually a good way to fuck with people irl, since people who want to pick on you or annoy you 99% of the time do it for attention.

Now sexually, like in my fantasies I am a sadist. Would I do 90% of the things I fantasize about? No. Probably because it would traumatize my partners.
Let's just say that I have special leatherbound issues of Marquis De Sade's works and we can leave it at that.

You might think that being against violence as a libertine or hedonist is also a questionable concept, but since it really doesn't do it for me physically, I don't see why it's not a problem.
 
My biological father was an asshole and when I was like five I remember him pressing a knife against his wife's foot, and I was there to witness the whole thing.
 
i had a step-dad for a majority of my life growing up who was a piece of shit. there were many fights. some physical. i was there to witness most of them. so it was probably one of those times.

I think I was shocked to see the whole thing (mainly coz I'd never seen anything like it). And I never liked him, and my dislike to him grew more after that shit.
