4chan retards don't realize that the 1st amendment means that you can't be federally prosecuted for what you say, and that's it. Just because jews and the far left want free speech abolished doesn't mean the U.S doesn't have free speech. Also they can't take away your gun rights, that's an amendment that's protected and cannot be changed. Forgot which one that is though.

Eh okay there is a point to be had, to be fair.
They can generally do what they want by saying it's done due to times of crises. So the sudden draft can be done that way, but I'm not so sure about throwing people in prison and taking away their gun rights due to doing the loophole.

The only people that deserve to be in prison are the people that deserve to be there.
Such as rapists, murderers, chomos, ecxt.
You get the idea. People that hurt and victimize others.

I don't think we should be locking anyone up for what they like to get high on, or who they support politically.
