Help me looksmax so I can feel succulent consensual pussy of my age group.

I paid WheatWaffles to rate me and I got 4/10. Being that he was paid I deduct 2 points putting me at 2/10.

It would explain why I have two ED articles and am sequestered to the zoo. I am ugly, nuff said. If I was hot I would be a sysop and making you all dress up like anime waifus and serve me digitally. Alas I did not hit the genetic lottery

okay, do you have any gym goals? set at least 3 goals, start eating healthy change up your lifestyle.
anyone can get newbie gains in at least one year if you stick to it and you're consistent.
weak? start with dumbbells or weights until u can start doing actual weights with bars and shit. Don't do the machines, they're isolatory exercises that won't teach you proper form for when you really need to add more weight.
The best and only machines you should probably be using are the calf press machine, leg press and if your gym has them, laying down leg curls because they can potentially train the calves too (you're pushing your feet in an upward motion and also training your hamstrings).
in like at least 4 months you should start seeing some more defining features even in your face, and things like a sharper jawline will come more naturally the more you get gains.
if you need potential training schedule/plan setups, let me know because I know some good videos and information so you do not start doing the wrong exercises right away.

I went from 220lbs to 185lb with no exercise just diet. I am thinking cardio, push ups, and dumbbells will be a start

okay, so that's a good idea.
don't just start without having a plan in mind.
are you planning pure dumbbells? it's going to work but only up to a certain point, you'd want a proper program to follow.
pushups are also great but ideally you want to incorporate some form of back workout like pull-ups of some sort.
or a back machine, and this is like the only time im gonna also recommend an actual machine.

you can walk through this guys videos, depending on the area of your body you're training. he's really good, no nonsense videos that will get you in to what you need to know about things like nutrition too.


also a really, really solid video. I started out with this one, since I was clueless at first, and then kinda branched out with exercises I actually enjoy doing myself with some lateral raises variation I prefer over the pure one.
also, thing to note with dumbbell/weights: you want to at least add a 1kg progressive overload every week, you do not need to do this for every training session however. as long as you're actually progressing every week, you're building enough muscle with some level of failure reps. also, you're going to notice your weight loss might stall for a bit, don't worry. make sure to take more note of what your waistline measurements are because this is where the magic is happening.
