After seeing many fat people, It’s been my experience that they simply refuse to put down the knife and fork and stop shoving food down their gullets. They COULD do it, but they CHOOSE not to.

And let’s be honest: they’re not exactly living off of salads and fruit. Their food choices tend to be ATROCIOUS!

If I may be so bold to ask, how are you doing with your battle of the bulge? I think you were making some progress a few months ago, correct?
