If you had a plane.....

Kinda like this except with a parachute. But I'd decorate it with facts about 911 written in LED stripes as well as loan a forklift to install airhorns so that jet fighters know to make me way. I'd hotbox the cockpit and I'd load the luggage compartment with horny and rabid bullfrogs to be carpetbombed into targets with a pinpoint accuracy.
