oh... well trolls are known to pretend as famous celebrities/people to get the attention of people
for example, chris chan was trolled by a guy that pretended to be the executive fellow of nintendo/creator of the super mario franchise, shigeru miyamoto, that said to chris in an email that nintendo and sega was "making a sonichu video game", eventually chris got a legit response from nintendo themselves, which made it clear to him that he was trolled by a guy that pretended to be a executive of a famous japanese video game company
so i think this account thats following you on twitter that claims to be ryusei yokohama might be a troll that (possibly) knows you well from here (edf) or it might be the real guy idk find out if its the real him or not
