Not surprisingly they won an injunction preventing them from being expelled based on 1st amendment concerns.

Surprisingly you have a prosecutor with a small brain that is arguing hate speech is not protected despite 200+ years of case law to the contrary.

The cops that did the arrest and the prosecutor should all lose their jobs.
