Pretty much not, but I had to visit emergency once because I developed problems walking and I felt only worse, turns out I got infection and could die, luckly it did not happen.
I might say I felt like I was burning at first, I just felt weak and felt hot.
Now it is just weakness, so nothing than sleeping all day long, can't even stand up from my fucking bed properly, I just feel weak asf.
Well, that could be something you should be concerned about. You should likely visit the ER.

brain damage
when I was in 8th grade I had a stroke, I pretty sure my brains are already damaged.
Drs can likely get the stuff out of your testicles but will never be able to get you new ones if they’re permanently damaged though.
I pretty sure the damage is permanent and I was in ER, doctors could do nothing and only prescribe me pain killers and antibiotics.
I don't need them anymore.

I did some injections after visiting ER, but generally I was on antibiotics and painkillers so all went fine.

inability to pee
Well I have inability to produce cum I must say as a result, nothing comes out, but recently some transparent liquid start coming out when I cum, but it's not that much. I still cum dry most of the time as the result of these injections.
I pretty sure damage was permanent.

How long has it been since you visited the ER?

Sometimes, although you feel better after finishing a dose of antibiotics, bacteria that has mutated against the antibiotics can still survive and begin to attack again after sometime.

Yea. There definitely was a life threatening bacterial infection.
my ex said I could literally had killed myself with those injections if I had not visited ER.

It was in May of this year.
Then you should likely have that checked in case that bacteria has mutated and the Drs will give you new antibiotics. They can’t give you the old ones again as those will not work.

When using antibiotics after getting prescription by the Doctor, I highly recommend consuming yoghurt to help ease symptoms of the antibiotics.

I stopped taking antibiotics in middle of the August.

Only weird thing I noticed that my testicles had changed in shape, became solid in places like a fucking rock, currently they back to "normal", they became smaller than before and really soft and I also can't feel them if I squish them hard, I kind of afraid to figure out where is the pain limit, so I never tried to squish with full power.

Yes, but like I said, some bacteria can form new strains and some antibiotics cannot work on them, so you will have to get to the doctor again and get new ones before this becomes a life threatening infection.

I meant middle of June, not August, it's when I stopped taking antibiotics. It been few months without them and I survived just fine, so I don't think I need to go to ER anymore.
The weakness is surely caused by lowered testosterone.

Yes, it’s still possible that the bacteria can attack again after some months. There’s been cases like these happening often with patients who have mutated bacteria. What made me wonder is that you’re describing similar symptoms (inability to walk and similar that you’re experiencing right now) which were similar to the same time you had the infection as you stated earlier, which made me think you likely have the infection again.

uh no, I was walking like a pinguin and I had literal problems walking as my testicles hurt a lot, which doesn't happen now, I can walk properly just feel really weak and too weak to even do basic things actually.

I’m sure NCMEC can help out after they see the thread, but you should really be able to attend therapy. Can you try and visit betterhelp.com and communicate with a therapist you can talk to.
