Licensed dietician and personal trainer here, I’ve put together some meal plans to help some of our cherished members achieve their fitness goals

First (but certainly not thinnest): @Quence. As we all know, Quence is exceedingly obese and has struggled with her weight since she was a fetus.

Breakfast: ozempic

Lunch : an almond and one shot of espresso

Mid day snack: one more almond

Dinner: half a skinless chicken breast and a load of semen from the Guatemalan sex slave you have locked up in your soundproofed white trash trailer

Next we have @tssumi . She’s not fat (surprisingly) but her hormones are extremely unbalanced. I’ve put together a meal plan for her that will help regulate her endocrine system while appealing to her Libyan roots

Breakfast: warm hummus with fresh beets, carrot juice, and pita

Lunch: the blood of virginal infidels

Dinner: falafel lafa shawarma

@Likeicare came to me overweight and suffering from migraines (likely induced by the faggots reading this)

Breakfast: meth

Lunch: three qualudes and half a pizza

Dinner: three qualudes, a bottle of wine, and the other half of pizza

Last and least is my client @LardChick. He’s what we call in the diet industry “a lost cause.”
