my weird alcoholism diet

im not sure if im an alcoholic but i drink approximately 15 - 20 beers every night so maybe

anyway, my harm reduction diet goes like this

i set two glasses of water on my nightstand with lemon juice and sea salt. drink both when i wake up.

then another two when i get out of bed, one that has electrolytes

then i soak a piece of bread in butter and tallow and drizzle it in raw honey

then a few eggs, usually raw mixed with more butter and tallow and a bit of hot sauce

chamomile tea with cream and honey

then a big chunk of meat which is usually steak. thats basically all i eat. sometimes fish or chicken but i prefer beef.

then i crack a cold one and wait for dusk and i sit on the porch and drink til i pass out

i dont think im an alcoholic because when i break the routine nothing at all happens. maybe insomnia but im prone to that anyway.

anyway hope this helps. i think its a fairly good strategy for optimal vigor while also being a drunkard.
 
oh yeah so anyway i guess ill explain why this is optimal.

the salt and lemon water turns alkaline into solet which immediately hydrates your body

the butter idk i just eat a ton of it, but the tallow protects your live from damage. the honey regulates blood sugar and raw honey is just overall great

chamomile tea for the hangxiety. yes i still get something of a hangover despite doing this daily but it is entirely in the form of anxiety.

eggs because its basically every nutrient your body could need

steak same reason as the eggs you really only need to subsist on steak for the rest of your life and youll be way healthier than if you eat goyslop garbage

fuck vegetables of every kind but some times i like avocado and green onions.
 
As long as you don't drink in the morning. That is the true sign of an alcoholic. Wait until after dinner to get shitfaced and let the sleep and the water make up for the damages.

yeah i eat one meal a day around dusk and usually crack a beer to drink while im cooking.


one weird thing is i will just get bored of drinking and stop sometimes. i also smoke a pack a day but my entire drinking and smoking thing happens in a three hour window every night and i dont even think about cigarettes or beer the rest of the time.

i dont consider myself a smoker but for a short window a day i go full chimney hahaha. any other time i am repulsed by them by i love them while drinking ha

I've been partial to the white onions and bell pepper mix from Walmart. Mix that with some diced potatoes, diced ham chunks and a couple eggs, and it's actually a pretty balanced meal.

i dont consider myself a smoker but for a short window a day i go full chimney hahaha. any other time i am repulsed by them by i love them while drinking ha
I don't smoke either but a random drag here and there isn't too bad, takes the edge off.

im really avoidant of pork. like superstitiously. lmao

not a jew or muslim but i just have a really bad feeling about it.

and yeah bell pepper or peppers of any kind are great. we grow jalapenos and eating a steak with blue cheese and chomping into jalapenos on the side is pure bliss.

one year we grew habeneros and thats my limit. holy hell those things were hot. i would only use them to boil into my soup broth

You can drink 20 beers in just 3 hours?? Holy Cow! That’s 6.66 beers per hour. It’s about 1 beer every 9 minutes. How do you not get full?
