I get that every iteration is a version of the story in its own little world... that's fine. I just want one that effectively follows the original manga for once.

never read the mangos and havent watched season 2 yet, regardless i really enjoyed the bits of philosophy and great (show dont tell) storytelling from S1 GITS:SAC
