Oh my god, this might be the most deranged thing I have seen in a while. This person has created their own adblock filters, but I instead for just ads, it filters literally everything they don't like. Down to the most insanely minute details, like blocking particular foods from restaurant listings. There's 226 files, many of which are thousands of lines long. The repository says it has nearly 20000 commits, (almost) all by the author.
