I get the feeling that death threats are kind of a bullshit charge. Like some retard gets drunk and says "Fuck you im going to kill you" and they get the cops out and put that fucker in jail seems kind of stupid. Over reaction to words.
None the less at 45 years of age onideus should have more sense than to email evidence and death threats to the cops. He kind of put himself in this situation but I dont think he will be in serious trouble. Probaly get the felony pled down to class A misdeamonour. Him going to jail will be funny as fuck.
Class A misdemeanor is a year sentence. In many aspects like gun rights he's equal to a felon.
There seems to be two camps:
Less than a year to year to 18 months.
Here's why 18 months are far more likely.
If he gets more he has to be found mentally incompetent. Matt is such a narcissist he'll refuse the diagnosis even if a team of psychologists all come out in agreement that he's less than mentally incompetent. This can happen in US law. What he could do is dismiss his public defender and represent himself, which is a very high likelihood of happening. If he represents himself then yeah he's definitely getting at least a year. Mossad FBI he has some sway with the prosecutor. If the prosecutor and Chitwood are buddies then they can "judge shop," for a favorable judge who wants to stop the "dangers of the internet, (not to say there aren't looneys on the interwebz who actually do retarded and violent shit like that fucking KIKE! KIKE! KIKE! REEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! that burned down a retired Marine's trailer because the KIKE! KIKE! KIKE! REEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! got butthurt. Always the fucking kikes.)
So criminal 18-24 months. He's unlikely not getting the full five years. And there may be other charges they may tack on just to get Matt to plead guilty to some felonies. I'm guessing the penalties will add up to 18-24 months.
HOWEVER, if he goes the nuthouse route, he will be found not guilty due to being shitposting retard, BUT there is no "end date" to his treatment. So he may be held in a mental institution for far longer.
Lastly, even if he completes his "sentence" he will still be stuck in florida and have no way "home," or out. Most likely he's incarcerated in six weeks.
What's most likely, his mother being at least 18 years older than him may die while he's institutionalized or jailed and with no one that he sees as safe, loving or forgiving, he may just end his life or violently end someone else's life because he can't suffer alone.
