This stupid 40 year old boomer camera has been the death of me for 3 fucking years.
"Shove it up your ass" This thing is wider than my anus on a good day with lube.
Okay, clearly I'm not trying enough, but every month something new breaks on it before I can try.
Fixed it, again, and now will try to get some HDness out of it if it'll work for another month. More to follow.

The camera itself was $100, but fixing it up cost $60.
Probably will be recording stuff to look old for some autistic purposes.

The thingy with wires going into the camera is how I get the HQ stuff out of the camera before it turns it to composite garbage.
It appears to be working okay, but I may pull some crap out of it since sometimes it makes some wierdo stuff at times.

went to microcenter and got some pcbs
decided the old thing was shit, and remade the setup

so much cleaner now

today a $50 cellphone has better image quality
but unlike the phone, the old camera can be repaired

it gives me something less brainrot to do
surprised you mentioned "ENG."

testing the recording setup with a different, newer camera (DXC-M7) that outputs component without any effort
works fine with no effort.
