Also, if anyone is interested in this sort of thing, Grok can actually manage fairly complex action. It's just getting neutered by trying to be realistic. Prompting "animated by Studio Madhouse" or similar tends to get rid of the slow motion floaty effect and lets the characters zip around and do whatever, as well as add impact to movements and hits. I've experimented with being more specific about animation principles, but in my experience, it tends to make the movements stiffer. Keeping it simple seems to have the best results.
