Here's a challenge to those who think that pedophiles can be trusted not to offend. The deal is, one 'virtuous pedophile' will be assigned to you. As long as they stay no-contact with children, and their hard drives remain legal, you're safe. However, if they're caught talking inappropriately to kids or downloading CP, both you and they get mulched. (Their computers and phones would be regularly monitored, and they would have a GPS tracking implant to keep track of where they go.)
So, are you prepared to accept this risk? I'm betting that you wouldn't. After all, such a thing would be an unacceptable risk to any thinking person! Well, guess what - that is how we feel about the children. We value their safety and innocence too much to take that risk. The only way to remove the risk is to remove the pedophile.
Sure, some pedoophiles are smart enough (scared enough, really) to not offend and stay in the closet. That is because we are here and ready to do what it takes to keep our children safe. The smart pedophiles will take the hint and exit stage right. As far as the dumb ones are concerned, Chippy can handle it.
