Maybe, but the native Irish and the native Welsh (ancestrally) are not the same people.

I forgot to mention that the Jutes may have originated in what is now Denmark. They may have been Scandinavians or they may have been a Germanic tribe. No one really knows. It's also possible that they were Frisians.
