im going to be serious for a moment. if you think there should be an article on something, you should write it. questions such as "should there be an article on X?" are as often as not requests for someone else to write the story for them, it comes off as lazy. start the page yourself, throw in some basic markup and images, show you're willing to spend some time on it then you can ask for help and advice.
