i thought we all agreed to call it "edf," and all the new banners for a time called it exactly that, so why the fuck are there 50 new banners all tainted with "edf6?"
here's the post-girlvinyl incarnation timeline:

2011-2019: edf2
~march-june 2020: edf3
~march-may 2020 (umkemesik wiped all forum data as part of some update): edf4
current incarnation: edf5
zaiger crashed out and deleted a few months of data; how the fuck did that turn edf2 into a new incarnation? were we all posting on edf3 up until the final backup in june 2017, at which point it became edf2?

tl;dr either call it edf5 or just edf
 
i'm only noticing now because i've had banners blocked on my browsers for a while due to being afraid some of them were spoilers for things i haven't seen yet
 
Be that as it may, it's now EDF6 because I say so

And because I don't want to have to redesign banners and shit

Edf2 started in 2011 then within a month the site was rooted and everyones info was exposed

What most people think of as edf2 is what came after that, then when the .ch domain got yanked and the site was down for over a month could realistically be called edf3 but the edf2 name kept being used

When .se was closed and came back as .es could be called edf4

You arrived i think during .rs which was 2 domain changes later and multiple attempted spinoffs and civil wars. Dont be mad youre late to the party

Does any of this really matter to anyone? You're here, I'm here, and a little over a handful (possibly two) of degenerates are here with us and will probably stay with us. The site's still working, when it does periodically, and we can call each other little dicked niggers. Be happy it's up, Debbie Downer.

it was still called edf2 when i joined. i was chatting in shoutbox when zaiger deleted the forum
