I'm still struggling with my diet but I'm going to double my resolve now. I will defeat my inner fatty.
Consume 3 decent sized meals each day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure each meal contains a considerable amount of protein which will make you feel full and quell your hunger pangs during the day.

NO SNACKING IN-BETWEEN MEALS.
