ask the animal rights people about santaria/vodou sometime---i think they tend to avoid lawsuits against santaria members because they are black people and it would be racist or smth

would "malicious intent" include religious observances? don't see any evidence this 2019 lawsuit led anywhere..............

You won't because they are protected groups arguing under "freedom of religion." However, the freedom specifically bans any illegal acts which may be carried out in the pursuit of said "religion."
