What makes a shooter a good shooter?
(Setting aside the number of fatalities they can cause and how many lives they ruined through their actions (R.I.P.))
Lately, there's been a surge in shooters.
What's most striking is how little organization they have and how few lives they take.
(Now, I don't want to sound like, "Oh yeah! Killing innocent people is great! Too bad they only killed a few!!!" Personally, I think they should have been the only ones killed.)
Why do you think this happens?
The only evidence I can offer is age. Most of today's shooters aren't even over 17.
Is it a lack of attention? Bullying? The need to have stupid edits made of them with Nightcore music playing in the background?
Their tastes (e.j. kmfdm. I don't see a genuine fan of theirs anymore.) , modeled after past shooters. Their "deep political ideas", stolen from other idiots who thought the same way.
They don't want to send a message; they aren't trying to kill the people who hurt them or any shit like that.
Come on—they can't even give a good reason for doing it.
Maybe is the adrenaline rush of killing someone? The desire to be worshipped by stupid girls?
Or simply the fact that this vicious cycle keeps repeating?
Young people see others doing it and replicate it for the lulz, as if their brains were sponges.
I’d like to hear your thoughts.
