Its a practice callec Bacha Bazi that happens in Afghanistan, Pakistan and parts of Northern India. Apparently it bothered some of the US soldiers over there.
I remember back in like 2011 2012, one US Soldier went nuts and killed 12 afghans with a bunch of shit he took from his base when he went AWOL, it was pretty based but the military did charge him and lock him up.
