In my opinion Genetics plays a small role. But the media in the US is trying to get them angry and fired up for whatever political reasons. As well they have been told they have been oppressed by whitey since the 1960s. However the Media and Academia ignore the muslim east african slave trade which was just as brutal as the American-Portuguse slave trade. Also the role black kings, princes and slave traders played in the Alatanic slave trade is barely mentioned.
Slavery of blacks was legal in Saudi Arabia up until 1955 and one word the arabs use for blacks is "abdel" which means slave. Politically correct instiutions like the media and academia wont tell you this though.

That's because Europe is ruled by socialists, but they slowly run out of voters. Most of the indeginous people aged 30+ are having enough of it, so in order to stay in power the political class imports new voters and bribes them with all kinds of exclusive pampering. Same reason why they so desperately want to lower the min. age for voters from 18 to 16 (some even want 14), it's about grabbing the votes of the thoroughly indoctrinated asap.
