He's one of the richest men in America. He has this thing called vehicles all of which can travel many times faster than the storm's advance, and now being president elect he's got the SS looking out for him as well.

To further western society, two things must happen:
Voting rights of women and weak men should be banned. Only Male land owners can vote.

Solving problems, identifying true nature of situations, and integrity are far more important and useful to himself and society.
No one says, "Is there a powerlifter in the house," during an emergency. Even in events where physical strength is useful or a primary need to solve a problem, an intelligent man can use TOOLS to substitute for the lack of physical strength.
Not to say that having a fit and healthy body isn't a goal, it should not be the only goal.
