Many of the Departments and Agencies are useless and a drain on the budget.
Why do you need an army of GS12's (4100) and higher to dole out money? The average employee salary for the United States Department of Education (ED) in 2023 was $112,164. That's $459,872,400 just in salaries alone. That doesn't include transportation stipends, gym memberships, healthcare, retirement matching etc.

It's a fucking waste.
