Hello! This channel is dedicated to the preservation of old school rave era mixtapes. Most of the tapes on this channel are from 1992 - 2005 ish. I got to experience the Midwest rave scene at its peak and this music was a huge part of my life. If you have any old skool mixes that you would like...

I absolutely love this guy. I opened my unintended time capsule from 2007 and found a bunch of stuff that I will share.
There's a bunch of other stuff, but I won't bore you with it. I only have one of my "real" mixtapes left from all that time. Phantom 45 "Think Twice". I easily had 50 of these things, but things like house parties and people in the car and "hey, let me borrow that from you" left me with this lone one. You would go to the rave and pay between $20 and $30 for one of these things near the entrance/exit. I only had one that I was broken hearted about. It was an orange tape by Acid Pimp called "1 of 10" which was literally one of ten that he spun for this set. Mine was #7 of course. It was very good and irreplaceable. I can now only listen to his music and think because I can't remember it anymore. Oh well.
Also in there, some very old school cd's like the Lawnmower Man which is one of the first 3d games I can ever remember playing probably around 1993. I can tell the time capsule is from 2007 because I used the Bios Post Codes CD "DO NOT COPY" once because I had a specific problem and never used it again.
Ok, I lied. I'll bore you with one other thing from the time capsule for now.
Someone was once a fan of Pokémon for a couple of years and put a Meowth Superball in the time capsule as well. Even though this container wasn't physically buried, it was buried in a sense.
>The Lawnmower Man CD-ROM isnt that cd-rom based on THE movie that spawned that cobson soyjak years later?
plus i hope those "unknown techno" cds are simply songs directly downloaded from limewire and/or other p2p services from back like 2006 or whenever burning pirated mp3s onto cd-rs was relevant haha
