Good song and a cool video,. Deftones are one of those bands that sound MUCH better on their recordings than they do live.

I actually agree. The only member who's consistently quality live is the drummer Abe. The singer Chino has been better in recent years, but he was notoriously sloppy live for most of their tours.

You could argue one way, that mashups are not original, but you could also argue the other way. I see like a crossbreeding experiment. Most of the times you get a mediocre or abominable sound, but sometimes a real gem is created. This is one of the first mashups I ever heard, and it hooked me on the genre:
