I don't know if I find that comment to be disingenuous or not. Regardless, it doesn't seem to be very positive.
I didn't think I would like it. I shouldn't have liked it. But the more I listened, the more I liked it.
With its super simple and repetitive chords, it sort of lulls you to sleep. Good music for just before going to bed.
