Raymond James analyst Andrew Marok said the pricing for GTA VI and launch data is "broadly in line with expectations."

Marok's first take:

Rockstar announced pre-order and pricing details for Grand Theft Auto VI this morning. Preorders will begin at midnight local time on June 25, with two editions of the game available. The base game will retail for $80, with the Ultimate Edition (including an exclusive collection of ingame vehicles, weapons, and skins) priced at $100.

I played the original Gothic games a while ago. If you can get past the retarded control scheme of the first two games it suddenly starts feeling intuitive. I couldn't get into them when I was younger, but now I think it's like the precursor to the Witcher series. The second game is better without the NotR expansion pack because it makes it such a grindy shitfest.

The same applies to Arx Fatalis. It also has the same kind of gloomy atmosphere and a god tier ambience. But a spell system that forces you to draw runes with a cursor and never registers it right, until you install the sourceport that fixes everything. Shit balancing though, making archer build impossible with the only sensible pick being a spellsword/wizzy type.

i never agreed with a post on this.website so much ever before

I only needed haste for those end game knight dudes. By the way that part with the hellhound was genuinely spoopy, the soundscape made it even more so.
fuck yeah, spent ages running away 'til i figured out i need to lure it into lava.
that and the crypt puzzle were my least favorite part. intense but rewarding was saving the little girl from being sacrificed (it appeals to male fantasy)
