Whats the craziest game glitch you've ever seen?

I rented Jak 3 after it came out and screwed around with the gravity gun in the port. Pretty soon the subs started to overlap and a bug caused the city walls to glitch out and I could take a zoomer and fly out of the map. Didn't last long when I changed hover zones but it was pretty cool seeing the game freak out like that.

Any game where you accidentally win or do good and the game freezes because it can't handle it. Currently that is the "very random" matchmaking errors that I've been getting.

back in 2010-11 i was messing around with sonic 3 & knuckles debug mode and inadvertently stumbled upon not only how to turn the game into sonic & knuckles, but how to change it back. afaik this was before there was any online documentation on its existence (i googled afterward and didn't find anything)
