Well,... part of this is an easy answer.
A bigger problem is an entire younger and lesser trained generation of cops, is out there dealing with things that just didn't exist even in the early 2000s even.
There just is no training for alot of the drug stuff they have to deal with now.
And the mental health shit forget about it.
That's just simply not their job.

Pretty sure they were at least as incompetent and poorly trained 30 years ago.
Then again, with all the personal video recorders around now and cloud storage it is probably more challenging to surreptitiously plant drugs and weapons on people after you murdered them in "self defense". Luckily they still have field drug tests that will mark a positive for just about any drug on pretty much anything tested, including dandruff and donut icing.

Occasionally there will be someone that becomes a cop because they have had a hard life and want to make things more fair for other people on the lower rungs of society.
But that is extremely few and far between.

Female cops work just fine here.
Mind you, their work is actually to protect and serve, unlike your lot where it is only a motto with legal precedent that it is not actually their duty to either protect nor serve.
When your job is mainly to communicate with citizens and de-escalate situations and you are held to a greater legal standard as an arbiter of the law, female perspectives are quite useful.

Well,... I totally agree with that too.
There are alot af jobs "especially in the mental health field" that females can usually do alot better at than men.
It's all about matching your personal skill set and what your best at. Every situation and person is different, and has different skill level.
Also from my experience, females make great doctors and nurses as well. And we absolutely need as many of those as we can get. Especially white females.
Anything that involves hardcore viloence as a job description should be left to men is all I'm saying. Females are not geneticly built for hardcore life or death viloence.
They did not evolve that way.
They have a completely different skill set.
All I'm saying is they are good at different things than men, and need to work in those fields for maximum results for happy life.
