These programs are not absolute. Being placed in one doesn't mean you don't have issues or could not be placed in the other. It means the main reason of your fuckyness is NOT due to low mental ability that's secondary, the primary reason you fail is because you are mentally ill/lack emotional control either through repeated reinforced behavior or birth defect.
You were put into the first program because you either had a chemical imbalance or you had reinforced behavior which caused your fucktarded actions. Having a mother that's constantly high can do that. I'm pretty sure your classmates knew you were retarded. You were in their class.
