Hamas has used grad rockets, Kornet ATGMs, mortars, Qassam rockets, and so on and only killed 30 people over 10 years (2008-2018) with the last deaths being in 2014 during Operation Protective Edge, including one incident where a mortar landed on a jeep, killing 4 inside. Hamas has a much smaller military than Hezbollah and yet inflicted disproportionately higher casualties on Israel than Hezbollah and Iran combined after October 7th.
