I am correct. Although some congresscritters are trying to revive the E-7 program, it's basically on life support despite some funding for R&D. But they don't have any prototypes yet. And they won't have a combat ready version until the 2030s IF the program survives. But the cost overruns pissed off Trump and he wants space based AWACS.
