Made the tart shell. Found a great recipe and realized the fussy french patee sucree isnt worth the trouble

Idk how the laws about home baked goods sales are in PA, but I know over here in Ohio you can sell that right out of your house no problem. That looks delicious and definitely looks like a $35 pie.
Thanks. PA cottage laws are pretty lax. We looked into it and its pretty easy as long as your kitchen is clean and you have no pets.
