Anarchy is just fucking impossible

this back n forth arguing abt definitions n what words mean really brings me back to 2015 leftist infighting facebook

like, if you have

i didn't strawman anything, you left everything open to interpretation. that's on you for being too lazy to be specific. also, @minty is here, and anarchism she describes isn't a way of governance, it's a way of life, 19th century USA frontier life before the government expanded and imposed itself
self-sufficient natives and pioneers
not quite what i'm getting at
there's a lot of different flavors of anarchism n what i'm stating is a generic n could be applied to a lot of different communal forms practiced (social agrarianism, possibly syndicalism sounds like kropotkin's watchmakers) peru everybody worked together to get the potatoes planted n very de-centralized, etc. "the commons" in general lean less hierarchical.
i consider these types of threads all "retvrn to tradition" thought experiment. i don't think anybody's gonna go out n get trained to be the local town shoe cobbler any time soon, much the same way maysam has said the old guard in his line of work that knew how to make the stuff is gone n it's all synthetic n automated n not replicable anymore now. the circumstances that enabled it aren't there in most western countries.

i am self-sufficient in some ways n rely on stores for others. there's no way i'd live without electricity i like watching horror movies too much while i sew. amish would not like me. i see some of these ppl out in their long dresses n bonnets at the grocery store n hold no ill will towards them but it's not my brand n i have no desire to partake

is even a bigger bait, and i am surprised smarter people than me didn't call you out on it. anarchy IS the absence of a government body. it's in the name. anything else anyone can say on the matter is just mental gymnastics. what minty said? bells and whistles. it doesn't matter if decisions are made by direct democracy or trial by combat or how daily life and economy are structured. no government = anarchy.
semantics, n smth anarchists n tankies fought abt online for years. "A COUNCIL IS A FORM OF A SOVIET"
arbitrary to me tbh
i'd say the only real thing that matters in ANY functioning system, regardless of type, is trust, n the expectation of it.
maysam n i chat n i've been in germany n their police aren't complete dogshit running pregnant women off the road or shooting ppl in walmart parking lot like they do here. there's a reasonable expectation of trust there, that doesn't exist here. his society works for him (mostly). iceland, after the recession, jailed the banking class that deregulated their financial sector until it broke. there was trust, it was broken, n then re-established.
there is no trust in the u.s. system, either between the people (this isn't an issue because it doesn't effect me) or between the government. total break of the social contract. ergo it shouldn't come as a surprise more ppl here are toying with other systems n tearing down flock cameras n shit

went off on a bit of a tangent there... had to hang around after work for a tow cuz the drive belt in the car's fucked
any clarifications needed just ask

already forgot what i posted, or if i had a point.

A COUNCIL IS A FORM OF A SOVIET
i don't understand where the fuck this one is going, it's literally a translation
"a council is a form of a council"
??
and no, this is more than semantics
it's a matter of false advertising
"check out this beautiful honda anarchy"
*pops hood, looks inside*
-5 cillinder democracy engine
-no telepathic consensus

yes but anarchist council is "totally different" n needed to be looked down on by tankies that beat their dicks raw over "young_stalin.jpg"... i never understood.
personally always saw the definition of communism "a classless, stateless society" and found it indistinguishable from anarchism (cuz it kinda is) n never understood the retarded nitpicking n infighting. the disagreements between the two groups are all simply about how to get to the same end goal.
this is why i once argued with baya ages ago abt how you can have socialism with anarchism (since it's worker ownership of means of production n doesn't inherently require a state) n how it's not contradictory.
at this point tho i generally don't give a shit what it's called, if it's worker co-op or communalism or collectivism or council-based or syndicalism or rainbow unicornism or blah blah blah... just swallow your pride n fucking build your alternate system already instead of slapfighting n backstabbing each online over terminology n show other ppl there's working alternatives possible n that you're willing to put in the work to make it real. an appalachian lumpenprole is infinitely more grateful about my mutual aid donations that help pay grandma's heating bills in winter than they are about being told they deserve it because they voted wrong

i thought i was the only one who found the thirst over young stalin to be kinda cringe.

it is... i dunno. he's not ugly he just sorta looks like a normal person?
i can understand luigi thirsting more. i mean, in my case he shot my health insurance ceo when they started denying my claims... clearly he did that for me specifically.

Feudalism is the most organic system that can be modified with more advanced modules but the fundamental premises established regarding social dynamics cannot be dismissed.

Aristocracy is obvious, but hereditary succession is not a good idea. Capitalism and Democracy allows successful Aristocrats to continue, and hopefully weed out the bad ones. Can you believe we were gonna have Hillary Clinton vs Jeb Bush before Trump destroyed both dynasties and then personally murdered Super Villain Epstien? Then mayb he saved petrodollar?

Great Man Theory dominates the world, we might as well have a civilization that recognizes and puts up the infrastructure to deal with such beings.

Reading this with one eye but I think minty is right :) no further explanation
homie this thread was as disappointing as the communism thread that got derailed by jackasses talking abt "commiefornia" n gavin newsom
nobody reads theory or wants to discuss revolutionary catalonia

there are benefits and consequences to every ideology, ive found.

Humans have been around for 300,000 years and yet we didn't have law until the last 3,800 during the Bronze Age.
that we know of
the code of Ur Nammu is supposed to be the "first" from 2100 BCE, but there were certainly previous legal texts
that survived mostly because they were carved into clay or stone, and the author's enemies failed to destroy all the tablets

if ya don't write it down and protect it, things never happened

if ya don't write it down and protect it, things never happened
writing things down actually weakens your memory because you're not forced to carry it in your head anymore
this is why oral tradition stories around the campfire were a thing for thousands of years
