their hydropneumatic suspension is still one of the best ever made

they gave up on the American market in the early 70s because Americans are crass cavemen

even their concept cars were bonkers

today all you can buy are ugly SUV thing blobs and monster trucks

I LIKE SUVs because of their practicality and higher seating height when compared to compacts and sedans. Unfortunately, many of them have a bean shape because the auto manufacturers all get similar data from wind tunnel testing.

Too large and cumbersome, and added excess weight. A pneumatic/oil filled shock is a fraction of the weight, less prone to leaks and mechanical failure.
