Most Latinos vote conservative and are very conservative in all their views. 3rd-4th gen latinos (the ones demanding to be called Latinx) can be left leaning, but typically the majority of them are traditionally minded n focused.

Fuck the Texmex ones call ICE on the illegals in the oilfields. Shit gets complicated there.

The sneaking in illegally thing bothers the old skool Texmex (one said he worked hard so ppl would respect him, n the illegals make it seem like all Mexican Americans are breaking the law).

Oddly enough our border patrol/ ICE guys are more compassionate n understanding towards their plight than the Texmex. They still enforce the law and all, but they have an interesting rapport with the detainees they bring to us for medical clearance.

Probably more than that actually. They speak the language, understand the ppl they are detaining and the challenges facing enforcing the laws.

Its a lil bit of a rough gig. For every tunnel they demolish or narco they arrest, theres like 10 dudes whose crime is crossing the desert without papers. They usually cross the border and surrender right away, then await hearings in the detention center. Apparently the border patrol training drills in to you that most of the ppl youre arresting arent gonna be bad ppl. Just ppl born on the wrong side of the fence.
