That poor fucker is totally fucked and doing twenty. He doesn't even know it yet. DC had a similar law and it was taken off the books a year prior me moving out but the judges still convicted because dindu was shot.

There was a big case in DC where a woman was stabbed in the chest in her apt lobby. In her flailing she scratched the guy's face. The court wouldn't even put her docket on the schedule something that he was a mental patient or something and a ward of the state. She nearly gets killed, is crippled and the authorities who let this creep out skate. Not our prob, sister.
